Shipping Policy:

Tor Luxe Tanning is a business operating from the United Kingdom, and we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

·       Standard (Royal Mail 48 Tracked): 2–4 business days after dispatch.

·       Express (Royal Mail 24 Tracked): 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide to our international customers using DHL Express to ensure your glow arrives safely and quickly. International Delivery Estimates:

·       Usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates: These are calculated at checkout based on your destination country

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders outside of the UK, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Tor Luxe Tanning is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damages

If you receive your order damaged (e.g., a leaking bottle), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
